Workability I
Workability is a program that helps middle and high school students with disabilities prepare for employment. Services offered include career assessments, vocational training, internships, and apprenticeships.
Workability provides comprehensive pre-employment skills training, employment placement and follow-up for high school students in special education who are making the transition from school to work, independent living, and postsecondary education or training.
Workability offers students with a individualized Education Program (IEP) the opportunity to complete their secondary education while also obtaining marketable job skills.

East Redding Little League (ERLL) is a non-profit organization serving over 400 families each year. ERLL offers a fun and competitive experience for boys and girls ages 4 through 16. Our programs focus on the development of baseball & softball skills, team work, sportsmanship, perseverance and a love for the game; all in a fun, family-oriented atmosphere.

Raising Shasta - Redding Teen Center
The Teen Centers in Shasta County are essential spaces for youth, providing a safe environment where they can learn essential life skills, engage in fun activities/clubs, and cultivate positive character traits. Designed for teens ages 13-17 (and 18 if still enrolled in high school), these centers empower young people to explore their potential through engaging programs focused on leadership, recreation, creativity, athletics, and social-emotional learning.
The Teen Centers are more than just a place to hangout; they are transformational spaces where young people grow into responsible, caring members of Shasta County.
